Half-Day Mediation (4-Hours)

Mediation is a confidential and cost-effective process to resolve a dispute. In mediation, the mediator helps the parties negotiate a settlement to resolve their dispute. Mediation may be court-ordered or agreed to by the parties either before or after a lawsuit is filed.

With this option, Andrew Walls can help settle mediations that will likely be resolved in a half-day (4 hour) two-party mediation. More complex, multi-party or multi-day mediations should choose the Full-Day mediation option. Andrew will mediate disputes in pre-litigation, early in the litigation, and following close of discovery.
